ROFF: When Laughing Turns To Fangirling
Recently, I've learned one of the hidden wonders of having a smartphone. I used to have a problem having an internet connection since the place where I've been staying at isn't subscribed to a service so what I did was turn on my mobile internet and used the wi-fi hotspot app. It worked... and I was happy... until I realized that no matter how fast the connection, weibo just wouldn't finish loading. It's just today that I have finally checked the site and I just could not not post about what I've just seen. ROFF
Just a random introduction about my supposed "fandom" or more like, my pairing first-- they're both Chinese cosplayers who my bestfriend linked to me. I've come to know Qu Do [better known to his fans as Qu-ma] first, then later on Gan Gan. And after seeing their Junjou Romatica cosplay, I've shipped them ever since. They're from the mainland, by the way.
Anyway, going back, I saw through Gan Gan's weibo page that they've done a Kuroshitsuji cosplay. Qu Do as Grell (as usual) and Undertaker, Gan Gan as Ciel and a friend from their club who cosplayed as Sebastian-- as usual, the awesome Ding Lun is the photographer [I just love calling her awesome]. Gan Gan is adorable as expected and Qu Do... creepily adorable too. Wuju. My mind had a five-second coma when I saw a picture post from Qu Do [see image 1] teasing the sleeping Gan Gan. Images 3, 5, 7 and 8 are mostly the behind the scenes picture and almost raw ones while 2 and 4 are obviously the ridiculously PSed ones courtesy of Qu-ma [not that I'm complaining about it].
My mind went to a total blast off when I saw a comment from Gan Gan on a gif Qu-ma posted [see image 6] with Xiao Yu saying, "Xiao Yu attacks Qu-ma. Because I'm not around. [digging booger emoticon]." Haha. I sense a possessive uke there. I'm not really sure about the translation (just believing in my fujoshi instinct as well as the power of Google) as I'm not familiar with Chinese so if anyone reading this entry who can actually do, here is Gan Gan's original post:
"小羽比曲妈攻。因为我不在。..."
...and I went immediately to blogger and wrote this update. :D
